Select either a group of students, or a particular student you want to email.
Enter a subject and a message. Click
Send email
to send the message.
Notes:
Messages sent to more than one user will be CC'ed to the Payroll Administrators.
You will be CC'ed on all messages sent.
Separate all users with a semicolon, NOT a comma. (e.g. user1@passhe.edu; user2@passhe.edu).
To email a subset of all your students, choose
All Students
from the dropdown, then delete the email addresses from the list that you don't want the email to be sent to.
